1, This series Drive rollers are welded by steel plate, and using rolling bearings.
2, The surface of drive plulley includes three type: smooth, plastic and cast plastic. Usually the smooth pulley can be used on condition that the power is not big, and the the ambient temperature is low. The plastic surface pulley should be used when it is easy to slip.
The quality of cast plastic pulley is better.Becasue the external surface layer is wear-resistant. The packed plastic drum can achieve the same performance. It's easy to replace rubber surface , easy to maintain.And it's also be considerde affordable and durable.

pulley is manufactured by strictly following the following steps:
1. cutting: light tracking cutting machine can ensure cutting accuracy.
2. welding: CO2 gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding ensure reliable quality.
3. nondestructive testing: the welds will be nondestructive tested by ultrasound and X-ray to ensure welding quality.
4.annealing: annealing shall be used to eliminate internal forces.
5. static balance: static balance test shall be conducted after assembly to ensure the service life of the pulley.
6. vulcanized rubber castings: vulcanized rubber shall be used on all pulley. We have professional vulcanization workshop, equipment and technology. In addition, we are equipped with special equipment for cutting herringbone and diamond patterns. They can ensure that we provide high quality precision pulley: circular runout displacement less than 0.2mm (higher than 0.5mm required for high quality products in the national standard).
